Run the Boston Half with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as an individual, with a team, or as an own-entry runner and help Dana-Farber defy cancer 13.1 miles at a time.
Dana-Farber and the Jimmy Fund have partnered with the B.A.A.’s Boston Half since 2003 as the race’s presenting sponsor and exclusive charity team. Through this relationship, Dana-Farber runners have collectively raised more than $10 million to support groundbreaking cancer research and compassionate patient care.

Runners Receive
- Guaranteed race entry for charity runners
- Special recognition and rewards for top fundraisers
- Fundraising tips and tools, a fundraising web page, and access to the B.A.A.’s online tools
- All runners: a Dana-Farber race singlet and baseball cap. In-person runners: an official B.A.A. finisher medal and shirt.
