Swim Across America

Each year, the Boston chapter of Swim Across America is proud to host over 100 swimmers and volunteers, spectators and supporters, as well as Olympians, at charity swim events. Join Swim Across America at their annual Boston Open Water Swim at Castle Island at Pleasure Bay, benefiting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
